1. Commission on Hammer price : 12.5%

For Sale By Private Treaty

2. Minimum Fee : £65.00

3. Commission on : 10% of net proceeds Private Treaty sale : (NB if percentage is less of goods/goodwill, etc. : than £65 then minimum fee applicable)

4. Inventory Costs : £65 basic attendance fee £30 per hour thereafter

5. Valuation ONLY : Time costs (i.e. no sale of assets involved)

6. Servicing R.O.T. claims : £40 per hour

7. Travelling (car) : £0.55 per mile

8. Abortive calls : Minimum fee of £80.00 plus mileage

9. Storage (subject to agreement) : £1.00 per pallet per week

10. Archive Storage : £6.00 per box per year (open to negotiation)

11. Transport/Clearance : Van & Driver @ £38.00 per hour Labour @ £15.00 per hour Out of hours Labour @ £20.00 per hr + mileage at: £0.65p per mile
