Southern Insolvency Agents Ltd continues to go from strength to strength. 1999 was a very exciting year for SIA, we took on additional staff and this allowed us to expand our business. We have in the past year been approached by new liquidators to assist them. This new work has come mainly by recommendation and we are very proud that our clients are pleased to recommend us.

At the beginning of the year we created Southern Independent Auctions Ltd and in March we held our first auction. This was an unparalleled success and we have since held 9 monthly auctions plus an additional Christmas auction of toys

Another progression for us has been the introduction of the web page. Although this project is still in its infancy we expect to be able to download our auction catalogue, complete with photographs, so that everyone will have easy access to the auction.

We have also created, along with the auction, a larger bailiffs department. We now have three fully bonded certificated bailiffs and have recently become corporate members of the Certificated Bailiffs Association. One of our projects for the new millennium will be to expand this department further and if you feel we can be of any assistance we will be pleased to discuss this.

Our latest venture has been to take control of Regal House. If you have visited us recently you will have noticed the considerable improvements we are making to the building. In this new year we plan to completely renovate the exterior of the building and expand our extensive storage facilities. We are currently in discussions with local landscapers and builders concerning this and we feel that these improvements will greatly enhance our image.
