An opportunity exists to purchase the assets of a Company specialising in the manufacture and supply of histology tissue preservatives, Histology solvents and the recovery of pure solvent from Histology solvent waste. We understand that it is only one of two companies in the UK providing this service. The company’s customers include NHS hospitals, Universities, Laboratories, Research Institutes and Veterinary laboratories. In addition, until recently, the Company had a Research and Development facility specialising in histology technology which has closed down but the equipment is held in storage. All interested parties are requested to specifically deal and formally register their interest with Paddy Gastrell at SIA Group, who are acting as agents on behalf of the company.
