As 2016 has ended and the first month of 2017 has almost come and gone, we write to thank you for your continued support and would like to take this opportunity to wish you every success in 2017.

2016 was another great year on an incredible journey for SIA Group. Our team has travelled the globe and our independent asset appraisals and collateral due diligence continue to support ABLs and financial sponsors in some of the largest leveraged buyouts and re-financings of mid-market companies. Additionally, we worked on a number of high profile restructuring assignments to maximise recovery.

In 2017 we aim to continue the growth of our transactional support team as we expect to see a higher level of event-driven activity and larger structured All-Asset / Private Equity transactions. Additionally, we will be looking to grow our Brighton office and launch our Southampton office.
