SIA Group is delighted to have sponsored the Asset Based Lending Deal of the Year category at Insider’s North West Dealmakers Awards 2018. The ceremony, held on Thursday 18th October 2018, celebrated the achievements of the region’s corporate M&A professionals, featuring the top firms, finance providers, deals and individuals.

Paul Craig, Managing Director of SIA Group, stepped up to present the prestigious award in front of a packed house of more than 1,000 at Manchester Central, Windmill Street, Manchester. The transaction that emerged from a very strong field to be announced as the winner on the night was the funding facility for N Brown Group (Rothschild & Co, Deloitte, KPMG, HSBC, RBS/NatWest Markets, Eversheds Sutherland). The judges highlighted that it was N Brown itself which nominated this deal, not advisers, testament to a deal that has enabled an innovative retail structure.
