Summary

The property is located on the south side of Marine Road East with a frontage to the beach and Morecambe Bay. The centre of Morecambe is approximately 0.6 miles to the south west along the A589. Morecambe is on the Irish Sea coast (Morecambe Bay) approximately 4.5 miles to the north west of Lancaster via the A589. Access to the M6 Motorway at Junction 34 is at Halton approximately 4.5 miles to the east via the A589/A683.
