An exciting opportunity exists to acquire the assets of Green Bioactives Limited (in Provisional Liquidator, a UK-based plant biotechnology company pioneering the sustainable production of high-value bioactive ingredients using plant vascular stem cell technology. This innovative approach enabled the company to cultivate targeted plant compounds in controlled bioreactors, eliminating the need for whole-plant harvesting while ensuring consistency, purity and scalability.
Through significant investment in research and development, Green Bioactives developed a proprietary platform capable of producing 10–50 times greater yields of active compounds compared to traditional plant extraction methods. Their technology was designed to support commercial applications across the nutraceutical, cosmetic, and pharmaceutical industries.
