An excellent opportunity exists to purchase the intellectual property assets of an established coffee chain business, which franchised the rights for use of its brand to franchisees across England and Wales. The business was established in 2015, and operated a number of coffee stores, with a strong focus upon the provision of high quality coffee and food to customers. As the brand became more established, the business began operating a franchise model, collecting franchise fees and royalties in return for providing services to franchisees through its group of companies, including brand licensing, franchise manuals and advertising, along with other services, which included the sub lease of premises to some franchisees. The group of companies entered Liquidation in October 2023, and their intellectual property assets, including currently active franchise agreements, have been made available for purchase.
It is intended that a sale will be executed at the earliest opportunity, with a deadline for offers set for midday Thursday 21st December.
