An excellent opportunity exists to buy the business and assets of a unique, tried and extensively 3rd Party tested window solar shading, heat and glare reducing system, with bespoke manufacturing plant. The system has been in existence for many years, and the owning business sees major additional opportunities within the Lighting and Façade cladding sector.
The Company manufactures, from 90% recycled materials, high-performance woven metal fabrics for screens for solar shading, glare control, ventilation and daylighting. Its flagship USP product is a metal fabric composed of very fine bronze alloy louvres woven into a fabric that is tensioned on frames and installed externally for glazing and facades as screens, roller, venetian or vertical systems.
The Company emphasises sustainability, durability, and fire-protection passive functionality (i.e., non‐motorised, minimal maintenance) in building façade solutions and also dynamic external roller, venetian and vertical systems.
