An excellent opportunity exists to purchase the business and assets of a UK based HGV Driver Emplyment Agency servicing a single, large corporate client. The client business owns several blue chip builders merchant brands and operates from over 600 sites across the country.

Project Haulage has an impressive fulfilment record maintained through internal team expertise, adherence to KPI targets, and management’s reputation amongst drivers in the industry.

• Has held an exclusive contract to supply the client for the past 8 years. Contract for a further 5 years was agreed in principle in December 2023.
• Operates as ‘Master Vendor’ for the contract and takes sole responsibility for all bookings from the 600+ client sites and for the fulfilment of those bookings.
• Currently supplies 40 - 200 drivers per day, having supplied as many as 300 drivers per day in the past during peak periods.
• Covers an average of 45% of the client’s overall requirements with its own contracted drivers and the remainder via a network of sub-contract suppliers.
• Has traded profitably for eight years.
• Employs 9 staff.

• Forecast FY24 EBITDA of £154,392.
• Exclusive contract for five years on offer (subject to 6 month notice period).
