An excellent opportunity exists to purchase the business and assets of this long established, specialising, printer based in Hampshire.

Since its incorporation in 1995, the business has traded profitably but has recently encountered cash flow difficulties caused entirely by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Assets for sale include:
- Plant and Equipment
- Customer database
- Goodwill/trading name
- Website and domain name

Interested parties are requested to specifically deal and formally register their interest with Lisa Surman at SIA Group, who are acting as Agents on behalf of our Client.

It is intended that a sale will be executed at the earliest opportunity and all expressions of interest must be registered by no later than midday Friday 9th April 2021.
