An excellent opportunity exists to purchase the business and assets of a well-established specialist manufacturer of Friction Welding & Electrical Upsetting Machinery.

One of the only companies in the UK with the specialist knowledge and skills to manufacture, supply and service specialist machinery to a wide range of industries including aerospace, automotive, construction and ship building both in the UK and international markets.

The business has traded successfully for many years but has encountered cash flow difficulties due to the pandemic and the owners impending retirement offers the opportunity to acquire the business and assets via a formal Liquidation process sale.
